Requirements • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of materials, detailing and construction techniques • Designer of multiple award-winning projects • Proven design leadership skills with particular emphasis on mentoring and teaching • Proven appreciation and commitment to expertise driven design solutions • Strong business acumen and an understanding of expertise within the firm • Successful at building and managing client relationships • Experienced presenter with an interest and passion for public speaking • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape and other modeling software programs • Knowledge and understanding of database software including Excel and/or Tableau • Proficient in Adobe Create Suite applications (Photoshop,Illustator,InDesign) • Strong knowledge of the design process • Understand furniture finishes, materials, color selections and specifications • Experience with construction document preparation • Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas to internal and external clients • Leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or related field • 10 years of experience as an interior designer with a focus on workplace projects • Registered Interior Designer
