Position: Workplace Designer • Schedule a design review with Preconstruction for scope review including square footage, desired finish level, • understanding of ceiling types and unique or specialty products. • Revisions to initial conceptual presentation including floor plan, inspiration visuals and material and finish • selection ideas as per direction of client and per Statement of Work. • Coordinate with Technical and Architecture resources for transitioning into Architecture. Confirm and document awareness of all aspects and intent of the project programming and design.
