Overall Responsibilities: Generate and develop innovative design solutions for Public, Government, and Department of Defense projects, leading the interior design on multiple interior design projects simultaneously from Conceptual Design through Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documentation, FF&E BVD, and Construction Administration. Lead all design efforts and client presentations with a focus on compliance of client standards. • Provide design guidance and oversight so that projects meet the Firm's design standards, while protecting the Firm against errors and omissions liability. Overall Leadership • Enhance the Firm's reputation by delivering innovative and compliant design solutions tailored to government and military facilities. • Prior experience with Best Value Determination (BVD) processes, procedures, and best practices.
