The Senior Interior Designer will lead the various phases of interior design throughout a project, which includes program development, space planning, interior design, furniture and finish selection, construction documentation of interior spaces, specification development, and construction administration. • Lead the review of interior design drawings to ensure they are implemented within scope, expectations, technical accuracy, budget and schedule. • Responsible for maintaining conformance with building standards, established architectural practices, and applicable building codes • Lead design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments. Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in interior design, interior architecture, or similar field Required or • Master Degree in interior design, interior architecture, or similar field Required • Minimum eight years of interior design preferred. • Experience with construction phase activities, including site visits, shop drawing review, and correspondence with contractors and client.
