Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager (Head of Design Track)

Silverstone is a boutique real estate development, construction, and design platform focused on high-end residential projects in Washington, DC. We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager to take ownership of interior design across multiple projects, with a defined path to Head of Design. This is a design-build oriented role requiring ownership from concept through construction and ensuring execution in the field. Design Development • Translate high-level design direction into fully resolved interior schemes • Develop layouts, material strategies, and detailed Revit models • Prepare presentation materials for internal and regulatory review Compensation • $100,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience • Performance-based bonus • Path to Head of Design
