Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality

This senior?level design position is suited for a proven interior designer who can lead complex projects while inspiring design excellence across the team. The Senior Designer I plays a key role in developing concepts, guiding execution, and mentoring others, contributing to environments that are both visually compelling and operationally sound. This role offers hands-on design leadership, meaningful client engagement, and collaboration within a hybrid studio environment. Key Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited university 10+ years of experience in an architectural or interior design practice, with a strong emphasis on hospitality interiors and full project lifecycle delivery Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp, with working knowledge of additional design platforms such as AutoCAD, Rhino, or 3D Studio Max Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong understanding of furniture, finishes, materials, color selection, and specifications
