The lead position is expected to be an authority or expert in the fields of interior design and interior architecture. Understanding and creating fee and project budgets and performing project management tasks are sometimes required and expected to be performed with little assistance. The ability to produce conceptual, technical, and constructable drawings, specifications, and documentation is required and the ability to direct others in these tasks are expected to be performed with little assistance. Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from a 4 – year CIDA accredited interior design program. Prior experience as interior designer for components of projects with a demonstrated technical and organizational proficiency.
