Senior Interior Designer | Hospitality Design Leader

The Senior Designer I plays a pivotal role in shaping design direction, elevating execution, and mentoring team members, contributing to environments that are both visually compelling and highly functional. This position offers hands-on design leadership, meaningful client interaction, and close collaboration within a dynamic studio environment. Key Responsibilities Contribute across all phases of interior design projects, including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentationDevelop innovative, functional, and visually compelling design concepts that align with client goals, schedules, and budgetsLead the holistic development of interior environments, including selection and specification of furniture, lighting, artwork, finishes, and materialsOversee day-to-day project coordination, ensuring clarity around deadlines, communication, and collaboration with clients, consultants, and vendorsSupport construction administration efforts by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and ensuring design intent is carried through to implementation Skills and Experience
