Key Responsibilities Lead and manage interior design teams across multiple project types and scales.Produce schematic space plans and conduct design presentations for clients and internal project teams.Oversee development of FF&E packages, lighting packages, and detailed design documentation.Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and product specialists to ensure cohesive and high quality project execution.Manage projects from concept through completion while guiding junior designers and maintaining strong client relationships.
