Senior Interior Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Designer based in our studio. They will collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, and the internal team to ensure projects meet design goals, stay within budget, and are completed on schedule. Additional responsibilities include potential to manage future junior designer, present design proposals, manage project details within design softwares, etc. Lead residential construction + furniture design projects from concept through installationDevelop design concepts, space plans, elevations, and detailed specificationsOversee FF&E selection, custom furnishings, and material sourcingManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesCollaborate with clients, vendors, and trade partnersMentor junior and intermediate designersParticipate in installations, styling, and photoshootsUphold studio standards, processes, and brand aesthetic
