Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical development of projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents with minimal oversightProduce highly detailed Revit models, construction drawings, interior elevations, and millwork packages for high-end interiorsTranslate design intent into clear, accurate, and fully buildable documentationCoordinate across architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and deliveryOwn project timelines, quality control, and documentation standards across multiple concurrent project

Skills and Experience

Advanced Revit expertise with a proven ability to produce comprehensive, construction-ready drawing setsStrong background in high-end commercial, hospitality, senior living, or multifamily interiorsDeep understanding of construction methods, material applications, and technical detailingExperience independently managing projects through SD, DD, and CD phasesExceptional communication, organization, and coordination skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
