Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

To be considered, please email the following directly to [email protected]: This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, experienced designer who can help lead projects from early concept development through construction administration and installation. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate closely with HFC Design Principals, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal team members to deliver thoughtful, well-executed projects. 7-9 years of interior design experience - multifamily preferred 7+ years of AutoCAD experience 3+ years of Adobe Photoshop experience preferred Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Dropbox, Word, and Excel Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating project details Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to be clear, professional, and assertive with vendors, subcontractors, and project partners Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced design environment Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required Ability to travel as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed for installations and project work Interior design licensure is not required, but is a plus Interior design: 7 years (Required)
