The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced and creative Interior Designer who has the capability of managing and executing interior design efforts on projects and enjoys working in a team-based setting through all phases of the design and construction process. Job Responsibilities: Perform interior design duties related to programming, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administrationDetermine and satisfy building code and sustainability requirementsSelect and specify interior finishes, furniture, lighting, artwork, and interior signageProduce presentation graphics in the form of drawings, sketches, 3D models, and renderings to appropriately convey design vision to clients and end usersGenerate interior construction documents including finish plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedulesCoordinate with the design and construction team, consultants, vendors, and ownersParticipate in field verification, site inspections, shop drawing review, and other related construction administration activitiesCollaborate with other interior design staffEducation/Experience:
