Senior Designer Hybrid | Los Angeles | 30+ hours/week We partner closely with clients to create beautiful, livable homes, and we pride ourselves on a high-touch client experience backed by deep relationships with premier vendors and craftspeople. Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design process for 10+ residential projects concurrently, from concept through installationDevelop space plans, elevations, and construction documents using CAD softwareManage, mentor, and review the work of junior designers, providing guidance and quality control across project deliverablesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional, white-glove customer service throughout the design processBuild and maintain relationships with high-end vendors, showrooms, fabricators, and trade partners, negotiating pricing and overseeing procurementSteward the improvement of and coordination of timelines, budgets, and project documentation using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar) and ClickUpSource furnishings, fixtures, materials, and finishes appropriate to each project's design vision and budgetConduct all site visits for your projects, vendor walkthroughs, and installations, ensuring quality control at every stagePrepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections to clientsCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other trade professionals to ensure design intent is executed accuratelyOwn and manage photoshootsQualifications5+ years of professional experience in residential interior design, including project leadershipProficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar) requiredStrong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines without sacrificing qualityPrior experience supervising or mentoring junior design staffEstablished relationships with, or strong aptitude for cultivating, high-end vendors and trade resourcesExceptional client service, communication, and presentation skillsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and vendor appointmentsAbility to work a hybrid schedule, balancing in-studio collaboration with remote work and on-site project visitsExperience with Studio Designer and/or ClickUp a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferA collaborative, design-driven studio cultureOpportunity to lead meaningful, high-end residential projects from start to finishAccess to an established network of premier vendors and resourcesHybrid work flexibilityTo ApplyPlease send your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter to [email protected].
