About The Role As a CBRE Interior Designer, you will oversee project management responsibilities for a variety of small to medium-sized projects or project teams. This job is part of the Design function. Manage small project teams as well as plan and supervise assignments of other team members.Oversee the development of the initial phases of basic design, including evaluating client needs, programming, and space planning.Develop 2D and 3D design concepts and planning strategies.Make selections on products, materials, and finishes. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
