Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, design, communication, organizational, and project management skills, along with the ability to oversee multiple projects of varying size and complexity while working with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities will include managing residential interior design projects; supervising and mentoring design team members; assisting in the development of design concepts, furniture, lighting, color palettes, and material selections; preparing and coordinating construction and design drawing sets; creating and maintaining project timelines, budgets, proposals, and purchase orders; coordinating with contractors and vendors; managing procurement, order tracking, and installation schedules; and overseeing project construction administration and installations. Qualifications must include a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 5+ years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design.
