Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

As our New York office continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager to lead complex luxury residential projects from pre-construction through final installation. In this role, you'll oversee every phase of the project lifecycle, partnering closely with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and our Washington, D.C. team to deliver beautifully executed homes with an exceptional level of service. You'll manage multiple high-end residential renovations simultaneously, developing project schedules, budgets, scopes, and construction documentation while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the firm's design standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with technical expertise and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
