As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer who shares our passion for thoughtful design, creative collaboration, and delivering an elevated client experience.

About the Role

Working directly with Rachel Hills, Founder and Creative Director, you will play an integral role in transforming creative vision into beautifully executed interiors.

This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing creativity with organization, thrives in a collaborative environment, and finds satisfaction in refining every detail that brings a project to life.

From concept development through installation, you will help shape remarkable homes while working alongside an experienced team dedicated to design excellence.

What You'll Do

Support the execution of luxury interior design projects from concept through installation under the creative direction of Rachel Hills.
Develop space planning, finish selections, furniture specifications, lighting recommendations, styling concepts, and supporting design documentation based on approved project direction.
Prepare presentation materials, finish schedules, specifications, and design packages for client presentations.
Participate in client meetings and collaborate closely with the Creative Director throughout the design process.
Coordinate with architects, builders, consultants, artisans, vendors, and trade partners to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed.
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with product sourcing, procurement coordination, and installation preparation.
Maintain organized project documentation and project information within company systems.
Collaborate with the Operations and Design teams to support project schedules, deliverables, and an exceptional client experience.
Contribute ideas that continually elevate the quality of our work, our client experience, and our studio culture.

Who You Are

You have a minimum of three years of interior design experience, preferably in custom residential or luxury interior design.
You have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to thoughtfully interpret each client's vision, translating their lifestyle, architecture, and personal aesthetic into beautifully cohesive interiors.
You have a strong understanding of residential construction, finish materials, furnishings, lighting, and space planning.
You're highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
You communicate with confidence, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
You enjoy collaboration and understand that exceptional design is the result of talented people working together.
You're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and committed to continual learning and professional growth.

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office
Google Workspace
Houzz Pro or similar project management software
