Description: • Provide a mixture of Project Management, Space planning, & Design for commercial projects • Assist with creating Renderings & Construction Document sets... • Understanding of local codes, finish selections, BOMA calculations, permitting and construction administration tasks • Interface with customers and provide design leadership • Culture and atmosphere at Arris is very strong, they have extremely little turnover and there are opportunities for advancement into an Associate or Project Management role once candidates get their CID • Portfolio is very broad, candidates can be exposed to a ton of different projects: Housing, Sr Living, Corporate Interiors, GOV'T & SCIFF work • Typically in the office 1-2 times a week Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 4 year college degree in Interior Design or Architecture • Revit • AutoCAD • Interior Design • LEED Certification is a plus • Space planning experience • Commercial and/or corporate interiors Experience Level: Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
