Senior Interior Designer (Healthcare, Higher Education) – St. Louis

Lawrence Group is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with 8-10+ years interior design experience in a commercial interior design or architecture firm. The Interiors team in the St. Louis Office is a seeking a candidate for a Senior Interior Designer position with 8-10 years’ experience, (particularly in the healthcare and higher education markets) starting immediately. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the design team to develop innovative and appropriate design solutions on healthcare and higher education projects, creating overall design concepts from inception to completion, including research, development of project presentations for client and business development opportunities, providing finish material selection/specifications, construction documents thru construction administration. Having multiple roles contributing as a member of a larger design team and at other times, acting as the primary design interface with clients and consultants.. Additional required skills are Collaboration with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach, advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Revit360, and Enscape are necessary. • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with a strong work ethic, with the ability to juggle multiple projects deadlines.
