Senior Interior Designer (Healthcare, Science & Technology)

As a Senior Interior Designer experienced in Healthcare (HC) and Science & Technology (S&T) and other project related sectors, you will collaborate with and be an integral part of project teams that strive to provide innovative solutions for the unique challenges of each project. Work with HC and S&T Architectural and Interior Design teams to develop the interior design direction, translating complex programming requirements into design solutions, focusing on the patient and user experience. Monitor the progress of the project to verify consistency with established design goals and objectives, and also evaluates the working relationships between the client/project manager and team. Assist principals and project managers in developing the scope of work, and fees. Support a culture of mentorship, coaching and guiding team members Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
