Senior Interior Designer – Residential and Commercial

The Dragas Companies, a leader in Hampton Roads real estate development for over 58 years, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of seven years of residential and commercial design experience to provide comprehensive interior design services for the planning, design, renovation, and construction of residential, hospitality, office, and other commercial development projects. Required Education, Experience & Skills Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and design documentation required, including the ability to revise floor plans, prepare lighting and furniture plans, and support construction, presentation, and project materials. Ability to see color, finishes, patterns, scale, materials, drawings, renderings, and design details, and to hear within normal range for meetings, field visits, vendor coordination, and project communications.
