Qualifications:11+ years of experience is typicalBachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design from an accredited university or equivalent skill set and technical expertise as determined by the firm OwnershipProfessional NCIDQ certification achieved through the Council for Interior Design QualificationCertification is preferred in one or more content areas (LEED, PHIUS, Revit, CSI, etc.).Min. 5 years or working knowledge of Revit usage with advanced knowledge of modelingBasic knowledge or proficiency in AutoCAD & Photoshop, 3DMax, Sketch-up, InDesignProficiency in Microsoft Office & Windows OS, PowerPointExcellent communication skills, able to present and convey Desmone’s capabilities and experience, project portfolio, and/or design direction during internal and external events, business development, client engagement, and project meetingsStrong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skillsOrganized, motivated, dedicated, efficientSignificant experience in personnel supervisionStrong knowledge of standard office policies and proceduresSignificant knowledge of interior finish materials, specifications and construction techniquesExcellent communication with consultants and contractors (written and verbal)Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate workStrong knowledge of professional ethics applying to the practice of Interior ArchitectureThorough understanding of the interior construction process
