Required Skills, Experience & Education • Minimum 15+ years of post-bachelors degree professional experience • Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design • Areas of expertise – Luxury Single Family Residential and/or High-End Hospitality • With a focus on Interior Architecture, the ability to translate Brand vision into project and location‐specific designs • Broad experience with the entire project lifecycle from concept through construction documentation, purchasing, and installation • Ability to effectively communicate design vision to Firm Leadership and Client(s) • Effective client relationship skills and talent for working with diverse teams of designers • Ability to work nimbly across multiple scope areas in parallel or phased schedules, or on multiple projects • Deltek • Smartsheets and/or Primavera • InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite • Microsoft Office • Spec Software (i.e. • Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity • An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills • Detail and task-oriented with a passion for excellence • Pro-active and dynamic in their skills and leadership
