Revive Design and Renovation is expanding into Orlando in a major way. We are opening the nicest design showroom in Orlando, located in Winter Park, and building the design team that will define our standard in Central Florida for decades to come. We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer who has the talent, drive, and skillsets to help us set that standard.

What You Will Own
Partner with clients to translate their vision into beautiful, functional design
Produce detailed design plans, 3D renderings, mood boards, floor plans, and elevations

Select all materials and build selection sheets clients fall in love with

Run point on design quality from kickoff through final walkthrough

Stay current on materials, trends, and technology, including AI, to deliver informed recommendations

Who We Are Looking For

5+ years of residential interior design experience with a portfolio that proves it

Strong working knowledge of 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent A refined eye for color, scale, materials, and luxury detailing A natural communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and teammates

Highly organized and process oriented

Hungry to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact

Someone who already has a baseline of AI and is actively learning to leverage this technology

Compensation
We pay the best designers in the market like the best designers in the market.
Competitive base salary aligned with senior level experience

Commission on every design change order. Our Tampa designers earn an average of $3,000 to $6,000 per month in commissions

Performance bonuses tied to client satisfaction and team contribution

First year total compensation target of $100,000 to $140,000+

Every Revive interior designer has earned over $100,000 in each of the last 3 years
