Senior Interior Designer - Workplace

We are partnering with a large-scale architectural design firm in New York City.

They are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer with experience in leading commercial workplace projects. You will bring a strategic mindset, great customer service, and communication skills. Proactive and documentation expertise.

Responsebilities

Client-facing throughout the design phaseReview all design work of the teamEnsure all design work is being delivered on time and presented to the clientDevelop programs, space standards and test fits, schematics and basic code analysisDevelop 3D models with Revit to show the design concept including lighting and FF&EPrepare bid documentsCoordinate design development packageReview engineering documents to ensure they align with the design intentReview shop drawingsOn-site visits

Requirements

Having experience of successfully delivering workplace interiors.Ability to create photorealistic rendersGreat working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe SuiteUnderstanding of all the construction stagesDetail-oriented mindsetAbility to juggle between multiple projects and ensure successful deliveries
