Senior Interior Designer

The Senior Interior Designer works closely with the Creative Director to develop every stage of design for our high-end homes and manages the build process from beginning to end. Responsibilities... • Develop each assigned client’s design vision • Develop presentation packages and specification books • Design and select all materials for the finishes, and furniture for the home with minimal oversight • Gather finishes, samples and materials from local showrooms and vendors • Review work before providing to Creative Director for final sign off • Conduct finish and furniture presentations to clients alongside Creative Director • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and architectural detailing for specifications book alongside team • Engage with clients throughout entire process Qualifications: • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with our team • Excellent organizational skills, leadership skills, and accuracy are important to the success of this position. • Strong client relations and ability to communicate clearly • Skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and committed to consistently meeting deadlines • Proficient and knowledgeable with the following platforms: Canva, Excel, Houzz Pro, Sketchup, Bonus: Experience with Dubsado and Revit If this sounds like you - we would love to meet
