Senior Interior Designer

We have experienced rapid vertical and horizontal expansion over the past decade and to further the growth, we are looking for highly ambitious professionals to join our company. • Lead interior design projects, including concept development, schematic design, space planning, interior layouts, material selection, decor sourcing, installation, and more. • Translate business objectives into creative and functional design solutions. • Conduct site inspections and project meetings to oversee progress and guarantee adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and budgets. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • At least 12 years of experience as a full-time interior designer, with significant experience in high-end designs • Strong portfolio of previous interior design work showcasing hands-on skills and end-to-end interior design project management • Strong project management skills and organizational skills, with high attention to detail • Experience in event planning, tourism, hospitality, food or a related field is a plus • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment • Must be able to work out of our NYC office full-time - not a hybrid or remote role; site visits are required on an occasional basis • This position requires 45+ hours a week
