Senior Interior Designer

This Senior Interior Designer is a high energy, positive-minded, self-directed leader, responsible for implementation and creation of project design on luxury private custom homes. Qualifications and Skills • Degree in Interior Design or equivalent • Min 10 years design experience - luxury residential projects • Luxury custom home, private client design experience • AutoCAD experience • Ability to work in a faced-pace team environment with creative input • In-depth knowledge of Interior Architecture and custom home construction • Successful track record with over 10,000 square ft custom home interiors • Excellent presentation skills in small / large group setting and/or via virtual conference calls • Finely tuned and tasteful eye for color, texture and pattern • Able to research, prepare and present color and material concepts in a tasteful and unique format along with space plans, elevations and details • Models a highly organized approach to the design process resulting in on time, on budget deliverables • Expert technical knowledge for creating specifications and installation coordination of FF&E furnishings, decorative lighting, and other related interior design contract documents • Client management skills, proactive solutions and critical thinking • Ability to manage and delegate/review multiple priorities while consistently achieving high standards and goals • Leadership skills; proven experience in motivating and inspiring others is essential • Knowledgeable on appropriate costs, budgeting and estimating techniques Compensation and Benefits • Annual Base Salary + Benefits Package • Full Benefits Package – health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO, Holidays, cell phone allowance, flexible working style, and more For immediate consideration and review, contact: Nadia Roberts - [email protected] For all active Interior Talent job listings, please visit Jobs.InteriorTalent.com
