The Senior Interior Designer (SID) is an advanced, leadership level role charged in part with establishing and maintaining the overall design direction and vision of numerous projects through a collaborative process with all levels of staff, throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. With a high degree of experience and knowledge of all phases of a project from programming, space planning, conceptualization, design, furnishing and finish selection, documentation, construction, and installation services the Senior Interior Designer is charged with not only designing and documenting projects at the highest level, but also with teaching, leading and elevating staff through a transfer of knowledge and experience that fosters growth and development. • Experience leading a team of professionals and consultants to meet project objectives. • Collaborate with other Cooper Carry studios as required to meet project objectives. • Maintain knowledge of Cooper Carry projects and resources.
