Duties • Interior design is a large part of LaBella’s business and leaders are expected to work with clients to discuss goals and objectives and provide creative and innovative design solutions. • Responsible for not only creative and innovative design solutions but also the proficiency and efficiency of the interior design team members. Understanding and creating fee and project budgets and performing project management tasks are sometimes required and expected to be performed with little assistance. • Collaboration is expected not only within interior design teams and clients but also at every level, including but not limited to, project architects, project managers, marketing team members, building engineers, subconsultants, vendors, and design partners. • Prior experience as interior designer for components of projects with a demonstrated technical and organizational proficiency.
