Requirements • 6-10 years of experience with an architectural or interiors firm • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture from an accredited college/university • Strong space planning skills on large projects a must • Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD • Strong rendering ability - Photoshop, Illustrator, Revit • A proficient level of experience in the use of InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. • Strong understanding of finishes and furniture systems • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to a client and their needs • Interest in construction documentation and completing projects from concept through construction • Ability to stand behind your work and sell it • Capable of traveling to and from client meetings Please be prepared to bring a portfolio for review and work samples in both a hard copy and .dwg/.rvt format on a flash drive to an interview.
