Ability to value engineer in a quick and organized fashion • Support Design leadership and team on multiple concurrent projects – nationwide • Strategic in the development of client presentations – including fabric, furniture, lighting and finish selections. • Advanced abilities to ensure accurate presentation drawings – including plans, elevations and rendered perspectives • Great communication and experience consulting directly with clients and all project consultants • As the point of contact, has the competency, responsibility, and authority to make decisions that advance the project • Product research - including product specifications, installation, and warranties • Advanced capabilities to develop ID drawings in all stages of the project – design drawings, preliminary bid set and final working ID documents. • Excellence in specification of all FF&E and interior finish selections.
