Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

Spire Design Studio is a nationally recognized, Award winning, full-service interior design and construction firm based out of Englewood, CO. Spire specializes in both Model Home Merchandising and Multi-Family commercial/ amenity spaces and brings together design, construction, flooring, and signage to create a seamless process for any project. The team at Spire works closely with each client to understand their desired ambiance and designs a comprehensive plan to bring the space to life. You will work with and report directly to the Director of Design as well as the President/CEO of Spire Design Studio. Qualifications • Associate's degree (or higher) in Interior Design • Proven experience in interior design, with a focus on Model Home Merchandising and Multi-family commercial/amenity spaces • 3-5+ years experience in FF&E selections • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Microsoft suite programs such as Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel • Strong understanding of space planning principles and overall good sense of design • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as individually • Attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics • Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines • Experience in project management and leadership roles is a plus • Carries a positive attitude, and an 'always willing to help' mentality • Ability to lift, carry and work longer hours on your feet during project installations • Travel up to 15% as needed for project walks and installations • Must currently live in the United States, have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Experience: • Interior Design: 3 years (Required)
