Senior Interior Designer

Any Senior Interior Designer, who is passionate about transforming spaces from concept to completion would excel in the professional environment of the company Design Team. • Project management of design projects • Manage and execute production drawings during all design phases. • Read, fully understand, and interpret drawings, scopes of work, and specifications. • Consult and build relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. • Minimum Working Experience | 5 plus years commercial design experience • Possess basic knowledge of • Hand and computer-aided design drafting skills • Space planning and an interest in programming • Design, trends, construction methodology, and materials application • Basic understanding of building regulations and life safety codes • Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art, signage, color, and materials to execute design intent • Design techniques, tools and principals involved in the productions of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models • Proficient basic technical skills of interior design including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, AutoCAD, Revit Architecture is preferred
