Ryan's integrated process requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positive manner in tandem with local teams and cross-regionally within a national design practice. Some things you can expect to do: • Work in tandem with Client, Project Architect, Design Project Manager, Designer, Development, Construction, and Consultants to develop documentation for coordination and construction • Lead the development of an interior design vision on projects and ensure the vision is maintained through all phases of design and construction • Lead team of Interior Designers through the project delivery process of complex projects • Manage and coordinate a complete and thorough set of Interior design documents to meet project goals, milestones and schedule • Lead all phases of the Interiors project scope from programming to construction administration, with specific attention to interior related building codes, interior detail documentation and constructability. Interior Design licensure and relevant professional work experience in healthcare design, including the design of acute care, ambulatory care, medical office buildings, laboratory, and pharmacy are required. The annual base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.
