About The Senior Designer Position… This role includes a wide variety of activities! We need a team member who can: • Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationships • Overseeing Junior Designers as they model in Sketchup (+ occasional modeling also) • Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, lead time, and pricing • Select of Finishes & Fixtures • Select of Art & Furniture • Manage the Finish Schedule and Materials Worksheet • Keep the design portions of projects on budget • Provide mentorship and leadership to other designers in the office • Coordinate effectively with internal teams: construction, architecture, design • Manage the Design Process for multiple projects simultaneously • Hit internal design deadlines • Track design time for better management • Continually look for ways to improve our process
