Senior Interior Designer

-Develop with Principals, project scope and design direction -Source furniture, fabrics, and furnishings to review with Principals and team -Attend meetings with Principals and clients to present, record notes and be point person for execution -Coordinate and track budget for the project -Supervise purchasing and preparation of invoices for projects -Coordinate deliveries and installation schedule for projects -Collaborate with the team on custom furniture, rugs, fabrics and lighting designs -Generate furniture plans, custom designs, and elevations in AutoCAD -Coordinate with vendors to obtain and refine samples for projects -Prepare schedules: paint, finish, decorative hardware, decorative lighting -Oversee and coordinate project with architects, general contractors, vendors, millworkers, and various project consultants -Communicate on a regular basis with client or client representatives about project status, client questions, and coordination
