• Generate and manage FF&E budgets for residential projects. • Create custom FF&E drawings. • Liaise with vendors and manage FF&E procurement. • Manage FF&E documentation and specification including furniture, finishes, materials, hardware, plumbing fixtures, and accessories and decorative items. • Strong FF&E experience required; specifically with sourcing, procurement, and budgeting.
