Senior Interior Designer - High-End Residential - Boulder, CO (Hybrid)

Joe McGuire Design is a holistic interior design firm in Boulder, Colorado, passionate aboutcreating beautiful, sustainable, and comfortable spaces. We are seeking a Senior InteriorDesigner with high-end residential experience to join our team.What You Will Do:Develop and execute creative vision for JMD projects.Lead project design charrettes and oversee project timelines.Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring excellent communication and clientsatisfaction.Lead and delegate tasks to junior design staff.Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and trades.Develop sketches, mood boards, concept boards, presentations, finish selections, andconstruction schedules.Manage project budgets and scope, and oversee furnishings installations.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.7+ years of high-end residential design experience, including new construction, fullremodel, and full FF&E packages.Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Google Apps.Working knowledge of Sketchup Pro or similar software (a plus).Excellent communication skills.Commitment to our Core Values: Positive Energy, Empathy, Aspiration, Collaboration, and Excellence.Experience with Studio Designer software (a plus).Benefits and Salary:$90,000+ based on experience.Hybrid work schedule with work-from-home flexibility.2 weeks PTO to start, health insurance reimbursement, monthly wellness benefit, cellphone reimbursement, 401(k) match, paid holidays, travel compensation, and productivity-based bonuses.We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about contemporary design, have a compelling portfolio, and want to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
