Senior Interior Designer

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of interior design firm experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating in a team environment. The firm’s interiors are known for their warmth, artistic sensibility, and impeccable attention to detail. As a full time Senior Designer, you will work directly with the Design Director to manage and lead projects with the team, developing interior design concepts, managing and creating technical documentation, developing design presentations, and interfacing with clients, artisans, artists, architects, and general contractors. • Creation of Interior Design Drawings Sets that include floor plans, RCPs, and elevations in AutoCAD • Developing project budgets and cost estimate reports • Leading and managing multiple projects • Generating scopes of work and managing the contractor bidding process • Reviewing and coordinating RFIs and submittals with attention to detail • Being a primary point of contact for clients, architects, and third party consultants • Sourcing and specifying vintage and contemporary furniture, fabrics, lighting, art, objects, and accessories • Overseeing development of presentations and presenting to clients • Developing design intent shop drawings for custom millwork and interior architectural details.
