The successful candidate will be a part of KDA’s Leadership team to win, design and lead teams of architects and interior designers on projects across a diverse set of market sectors including Education, Science & Technology, Corporate, Healthcare, Civic/Cultural, State and Federal Projects. We offer a dynamic team atmosphere and flexible office location in Washington DC. · Communicate with all project participants, internal staff, consultants, clients, owners, contractors and jurisdictions in an effective and collaborative manner. · Must be capable of leading a team and making client presentations. · Thorough knowledge of the entire project delivery process and ability to lead design efforts through all project stages, including leadership with the client, contractors, and internal team.
