Senior Interior Designer (Philadelphia, PA)

The Interior Design Lead will provide leadership within a design team in a selfdirected manner in multiple aspects of the design process including but not limited to the design & documentation of all phases, the preparation of materials, and construction administration activities within established budgets, schedules, and programmatic requirements. What youll need • Bachelor's Degree preferred with11 yrsyears of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Able to mentor and give clear design direction to Designers I-III • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
