Essential Functions • Perform as a consultant in the establishment of space and furniture design standards and criteria for construction projects. Assist in the development of the Bureau’s POR. • Coordinate with AESU peer colleagues, FBI Project Managers, customers and other Bureau personnel/contractors, and other project team members on projects as necessary. Required Qualifications • Top Secret security clearance is required • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Interior Design • Must be proficient in the most recent AutoCAD software • Knowledge and experience in workspace design • 10 years of experience in commercial/government office building design and construction • 20+ years of commercial/government building design and construction is highly preferred • Individuals with previous FBI experience is highly preferred Targeted Preference Is In The Following Order • First, to qualified Pokagon Band citizens; and • Second, to qualified spouses, and qualified custodial parents; and • Third, to other qualified Native Americans; and • Fourth, to all other qualified applicants
