This role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and the Design Principal to develop compelling design solutions that meet client expectations. The office operates with a hybrid schedule, requiring three days on-site (Monday and Wednesday mandatory, with a flexible choice for the third day) and two days remote. The team is part of a larger workforce of 40 members, divided into design-focused, technical-focused, and graphic design teams.
