The ideal candidate will have a degree in Interior Design, 5+ years of experience in high-end residential projects, and practical experience working directly with contractors and trades, especially in remodeling and new builds. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller projects independently, ensuring each design aligns with our firm's design standards. · 3+ years of practical experience working with contractors and trades in remodels and new builds and working directly with a lead designer or running projects independently. · Financial Awareness: A strong understanding of financials is essential to our success.
