The candidate will be involved in all phases of creative, design and construction, from the broadest vision to the smallest detail, ensuring that all schedule and deliverable commitments are met in collaboration with key positions & Chief Executive Jon Neidich. Conceptualization & Design Development • Participate in the development of design concepts and presentation materials. • Project Management & Coordination: You will contribute to the production, coordination and management of projects from design concept through construction administration—applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a strong ability in the following: • Effectively manage and work on multiple (4-6) projects simultaneously, collaborating efficiently with various project teams. • Prepare and deliver project budgets and schedules. Qualifications and Skills • Minimum of 3 to 8 years of professional architectural experience • Experience in Construction, Drawing details & Interest in traditional design preferred • Knowledge of construction methods • Fluency in AutoCAD is a plus • Ability to produce technical documentation is is a plus • Strong graphics and visual presentation skills.
