Develop and share expertise in interior design with the team and lead the management of design quality and execution. Manage the scorecards and development plans of direct reports. Business Development : Lead the design for clients and manage their expectations in alignment with the vision and goals. Obtain new work from and expand the type of work BHDP does with existing clients. Monitor the detailing and specifications for interior design during the Document phase to ensure that work is consistent with the interior design concept.
