Raegan Ford Design is a rapidly growing, full-service national interior design firm dedicated to design excellence in architectural design and design curation for high-end residential and Greek Housing.We are looking for an experienced, energetic interior designer who can work both independently and alongside a collaborative design team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will take lead on projects and own the success of the project from start to finish, including concept development, schematic design, design development, cd sets, client communication, and project management, while creating an exceptional experience for the client throughout.Requirements and Qualifications:5+ years of interior design experience; commercial/hospitality design is a plus.Advanced working knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.Degree from an accredited interior design program.Strong written communication skills.Comfortable leading client presentations, both in person and via Zoom.Advanced aesthetic and technical design capabilities with fierce attention to detail.Strong organizational skills, high follow-through, and deadline driven.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Responsibilities:Work independently to develop design intent and material selections.Prepare and produce magazine worthy design presentations.Develop plans, elevations, and renderings that illustrate the design intent and use of materials.Create detailed proposals that maximize the client's budget and timeline while ensuring profitability.Use AutoCAD to create detailed working drawing sets of floor plans, elevations, and space planning.Lead client installations and work closely with our operations team on the advanced planning and logistics leading up to the installation to create a wow experience for our clients.Monitor progress and attend job site reviews during construction.Lead meetings and presentations with client and industry partners.Maintain vendor relationships, request quotes and estimates, and ensure quality standards.Develop and manage client, builder, and architect relationships that foster trust and referrals.Take initiative, solve problems, collaborate, and proactively communicate with clients, the design team, and the operations team to ensure every project is a success.4-5 weeks per year travel required.Competitive Salary and Excellent BenefitsPlease submit your resume and a link to your portfolio to careers@ • Relocation Assistance Available
