Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

**Overview:** This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager to join an innovative design and architecture firm in Atlanta, GA. **Responsibilities:** As a Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of projects from start to finish, including construction documentation and specifications. Your experience in managing designers and technical staff in all phases of a project will be essential. Your responsibilities will include: • Understanding and interpreting project goals, meeting budget and schedule requirements • Developing designs based on project criteria, program, and budget • Advising clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishing • Coordinating design documents with engineers and various consultants • Reviewing submittals and RFI's for compliance with design intent, specifications, and documents • Directing and reviewing design documents for content and accuracy and coordination with consultants • *Qualifications:** To be considered for this role, you should have: • 8-12 years of experience in interior design and project management, with a focus on hospitality and multifamily projects • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp • Positive attitude, skills, and temperament to work on a team as a member or leader • Strong design aesthetic and ability to convey design intent • Ability to interface with clients, contractors, and consultants • Familiarity with ADA compliance and commercial building codes • Possible travel requirements for projects • Ability to attend scheduled presentations to communicate design intent to clients and design teams • *Benefits:** This role offers a competitive annual salary, a full benefits package, and an employee stock ownership program.
